General Conditions

 

1.- SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost is 5,90€ to Spain and Portugal (except Islas Azores and Maderia where we do not ship),12€ to Canary Islands and 8,90€ to the rest countries of the European Union.

2.- WHEN WILL I RECEIVED THE ORDER?

 

Spain and Portugal

- With a green icon, the product is on stock, and you will receive the order in 24 hours if we receive the order before 16:00 h.

- With a yellow icon, the product is on stock, but there are few units. You will received the order in 24 hours if we receive the order before 16:00 h.

- With a red icon, the product is unavailable, but probably we will have it in 20-30 days.

 

Rest of Europe (*enables countries on the store)

Is the same that to Spain-Portugal, but you will receive the order in 3 - 5 days.

 

On Fridays, we only receive orders until 13:00, so if your order is made before 13:00, you will receive it on Monday, but if you do it from 13:00, we  will not leave until the Monday, so you will receive it on Tuesday.

In case of rest of Europe, the order will leave on Monday but you will receive it in 3 - 5 days.

 

3.- HOW DO I PAY THE ORDER?

We have three payments method:

• PayPal: is the best and secure payment method.
• Credit Card.

 

4.- RETURNS

You have 15 days to return the order to us without any explanation. In this case, you pay return shipping costs, and the item has to arrive to us in perfect condition, the item and the packaging.

Within 3-4 days, you will received the money in your Paypal account for example if you have paid through Paypal.

 

5.- EXCHANGES

Now, you don´t like the sunglasses or the watch you bought and you want to change it. No problem.

- We will pick up the item at the address you indicate us.

- Once received, we verify that everything is correct and in perfect conditions.

- We send to you the new sunglasses or watch that you choose at no cost to you.

Simple, you only have to worry about being in the indicated address when we go to pick up the order.

The change is free only once, if you want to change it again, you must send us the order , and we will charge 5.90€ (Spain an Portugal), 12€ (Canary Islands) or € 8.90€ (rest of Europe) the new shipping.

 

6.- WARRANTY

Warranty? Yes, of course our products have warranty, up to 1 year for manufacturing defects (2 years for sunglasses).

7.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The relationships with our clients derived from the provision of the services contained in our website are subject to Spanish law and jurisdiction. The users of our website are aware of all the above and accept it voluntarily.
